Booking is simple. You can contact us via WhatsApp or Email with your preferred date, the number of participants, and the package you are interested in (Solo Sunrise, Duo Sunrise, or Camping). We will check availability, confirm your spot, and guide you through the reservation process. We recommend reaching out at least 3 to 7 days in advance, especially during the peak dry season (April–October).

We pride ourselves on fast communication. For WhatsApp messages, we typically respond within 1 to 4 hours, often much sooner during business hours. For emails, please allow 12 to 24 hours for a detailed reply. If you need an urgent answer, we always recommend using WhatsApp.

To speed up the booking process, please include the following details in your first message:

• Full name of the lead participant
• Number of trekkers (1 or 2 for standard packages)
• Preferred trekking date (and a backup date if possible)
• Package choice (Solo Trek, Duo Trek, or Camping)
• Pick-up location (if you have arranged your own transport, just let us know where you are staying so we can advise on travel time to the meeting point)

Yes, we do! We offer a convenient private round-trip transportation service to the temple starting point (Besakih or Pasar Agung) for an additional flat rate of Rp 800,000 per vehicle. This covers pickup and drop-off from major areas including Ubud, Sanur, Kuta, Seminyak, or Candidasa. The driver will wait for you during the entire trek and take you back to your accommodation afterwards. If you prefer to arrange your own transport, we can also provide recommendations for local drivers. Just let us know your preference when you contact us!

Yes, we understand that travel plans can change. We offer free cancellations or rescheduling up to 24 hours before your scheduled trek. If you need to cancel or change your date, simply contact us via WhatsApp or Email as soon as possible. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) may incur a fee to cover guide preparation and permit costs already paid on your behalf.
